Chuck Wagner oversees production of Caymus Vineyards Cabernets. He is extremely proud to have his children, Charlie Wagner II, viticulturist and winemaker for Mer Soleil Chardonnays, Joseph Wagner, viticulturist and winemaker for Belle Glos Pinot Noirs and most recently, Jennifer Wagner, continuing family traditions of winemaking and farming.

Caymus Vineyards Cabernets are known world-wide. Its Special Selection Cabernet holds the unique honor of being the only wine to have been named Wine Spectator magazine's "Wine of the Year" - not once, but twice. Mer Soleil Chardonnays are from the family's vineyard located in the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation near Monterey Bay.
